HOW do customers return items?
You will need to ship the item to our Australian HQ

SHIPPING for returns?
If the reason for return is the fault of NATIVE we will bear all costs.
If the return is due to change of mind you will need to cover all costs.

CREDIT for returns?
We offer either refund or store credit.

Original packaging materials?
It is absolutely preffered but we do aim to be empathetic of circumstances.
